The team were wonderful. The reception team understood my child was in need, and made room for his appointment. The staff when we arrived could see he was in pain and took steps to comfort him. When in the room, the man conducting the ultrasound was incredibly kind, very aware of my son having been through multiple Drs and nurses over the course of the past two days, and an ultrasound being a very foreign experience for a 5YO. Amazing experience! The staff were so warm and professional, and the clinic had such a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Our sonographer was kind, informative, and made the whole scan feel really special.

It was such a joy to share the moment with my husband and parents in the room. The sonographer answered all our questions and really took us on the journey of seeing our baby on screen. The images were clear, and we felt so well looked after throughout.
